Ethical Obligations

A good place to begin is with a review of your ethical obligations in relation to your marketing and advertising efforts. The Ethical and Effective Advertising resource provides an overview of the ethical considerations, cautions about rankings and referral services, discusses when referral fees are appropriate, regulation of firm names, canvasses some disciplinary decisions and speaks to striking the right balance. It is important to have an understanding of what professional marketing and advertising looks like before you start making important marketing decisions.
