Alberta Lawyers' Assistance Society (Assist): Assist provides free and confidential professional counselling, peer support, well-being education and awareness, as well as community programming to lawyers and members of their family. Assist is an independent charitable organization that does not disclose or share any personal information about people using their services with the Law Society or any other entity. 

Canadian Bar Association, Well-Being Programs and Resources: The Canadian Bar Association offers courses, videos and articles that provide insights and offer support for the issues facing the legal profession.

Federation of Law Societies of Canada, Resource Library: The Resource Library includes the National Study on the Health and Wellness Determinants of Legal Professionals in Canada phase I and phase II reports.

Law Society of Alberta: The Law Society offers a variety of lawyer programs, resources and supports to assist lawyers in their well-being and support their capacity to practise competently.
