Build Precedent Folders

It is time efficient to create precedent folders for those communications that you find yourself repeating. If you can set up a system for the creation and saving of these documents, you will always know where to find them and they will save you considerable time because you will need to revise/edit some of the specific details only. You will have to use some caution and appreciate that not every situation is the same and you will need to add more detail to some communications than others.
